Our love story began in 2007, as two young kids who shared the same English class. We were innocent and unaware that those sweet, exchanged glances would ignite something so much deeper. Our connection was magnetic—a blend of friendship, laughter, and a quiet spark that neither of us fully understood at the time.

Life, in all its unpredictability, swept us apart. But even as the years passed and our paths veered in different directions, neither of us could forget the magic we once shared. It was as if the universe had more in store for us, patiently waiting for the right moment to reunite two souls who had never truly let go.

A decade later, fate brought us back together in San Diego. That reconnection was instant—like rediscovering an old love song that still made our hearts skip a beat. Every conversation felt like home, and every shared look rekindled a fire that had never really gone out.

Now, here we are—celebrating five years of marriage filled with love, adventure, and growth. Over the past couple of years, we’ve been planning something special to honor our journey: a vow renewal in Jamaica surrounded by our closest friends and family.

However, in light of the recent devastating hurricane in the Caribbean, we have made the difficult decision not to move forward with our group trip. While our hearts were set on celebrating there, we feel it’s best to avoid the stress of navigating an environment that may not be the safest right now.

As we reflect on this decision, we’re reminded of how fortunate we are—and how meaningful it would be to turn our celebration into an opportunity to give back. In lieu of travel or gifts, we would be deeply honored if you made a donation in our honor to one of the charities below.
